Last night, I finished my voluntary reporting on the application of university, and filled “Beijing University Law school” as my first choice. After three years’ hard work of high school and twelve years’ great effort, I could finally be able to get a satisfactory result on this.
Hehe, I kept saying this to myself before the college entrance examination, “If I could fullfill the dream of PKU, then I shall have a good story to tell. I must go to Gengbar and write down my own mind experience for all the gengfans to share. Now it’s the proper time for me to start the writing with a relax mind.
It’s not long since I had become a die-hard gengfan. More precisely, it all started in the winter holiday during my third year of high school. One day I was watching Show Luo’s programme with Han Geng in it at home. He was wearing white in it. (Suddenly) I thought, this man is so handsome, kind-hearted, gentle as well as trustworthy in all ways! He is just like a shining luminary when he starts dancing, with light glowing all over. I had known the name of “Han Geng” for quite a time, but never became a fan of him. I don’t feel anything when the classmates were crazy about his ex-group. But, anyway, all in all, I fell for him totally and completely on that day. Just like all the other gengfans, “the fandom of Geng is as wide and as deep as the sea”, I watched many videos on him and searched about him at Weibo from time to time. The more I saw, the more I loved him, haha! Han Geng is the first one on stage of the Spring Festival, I was thinking then, My year of 2011 perhaps might be as booming as his?
During that time, the slogan I shouted the most to myselft is, “I am going to Beijing University, I am going to Beijing, because Han Geng is there!” I was able to find the resolve to push through the rest time of senior three with such faith.
The world is totally different after I became a fan of fellow Han Xiaomao.
In February of the year, I sat for the independent entrance exam of Beijing University. Considering that the exam is a few times more difficult than the colleage entrance exam, many candidates and their parents only took it as a “walk-on” and had a try. Then in a late evening about ten days after the exam, the principal called me excitedly, saying that I had passed the written exam and I had to prepare for the oral exam in Beijing! It’s the first time for our school to have such thing. Excited! Pleasant surprise! The first reaction of me for the news is: I could finally be able to go to Meihua Jiaozi Restaraunt to have a meal when I go to Beijing, haha!
Then I went to goole for the location of the restaraunt and printed it out. Accidently the place my dad had chosen for the residence of us is less than five minutes drive from the restaraunt. What a fate, isn’t it?
The first day I got to Beijing, I asked my dad to take me to Meihua cheekily and claimed it to be a “historical task”, as many of my classmates who like Han Geng asked me to visit it when I went to Beijing. Dad agreed soon, hahaha~
Meihua Family Jiaozi Restaraunt, which had been always on my mind, is just like Weiming Lake which I had been thinking about, does not have the amazing beauty as I had thought. Otherwise both of them are unique for their profound meanings. I even felt quite familiar and cordial when I first saw it.
The Jiaozi must have brought me good luck. I took the oral exam on the next day and all went on very well. How could I just feel like I went to Beijing to play for three days and then I got the extra 20 scores of Beijing University! It really was an amazing trip!
I ran to Meihua in the early morning of the day we would go back home, thinking of bringing some Jiaozi for my classmates, but it had not opened yet. Dad was out of his mind too, he even asked a friend who would go back a few days later than us to bring some boxes of Jiaozi to us by airplane. Haha, Dad must had been moved by my deep emotions, too!
When I received the Jiaozi sent by plane in school, I was almost moved to tears. What surprised me more was that there were two fans in the box. One side of the fans is printed with “Meihua Jiaozi”, the other side is printed with the picture of “Gengxin”. I was so happy!
The Jiaozi were cooked and hot when I got them. I shared some with the gengfans in my class. They were so excited and hugged me. After the evening classes, I went with some good friends to the school cafeteria and asked for the dressing from the cook with a few Jiaozi in exchange. Even the cook said the Jiaozi were delicious! That night might be one of my best memories for the later part of my Senior three times.
The three months after that was the most painful. During that time, with great psychological sufferings, I could only stay awake with coffee, green tea, cool oil as well as Jinglang chewing gums. But I felt quite lucky then, as in my heart there was a temple of God, PKU; and a shining light, Han Geng, both lead me northward and forward, kept me from giving up no matter what.
Really, all gengfans are lucky ones. Fellow Han Geng is so encouraging and inspirational. His experiences, his words,etc… If you love him, you must be deeply moved by him. I put one of the two fans at my desk in the classroom, the other one at my bed. Whenever I raised my head and saw them, I would be full of courage.
I remembered one word by someone: before I knew Han Geng, I hope that pennies will fall from heaven; after I knew him, I believe that only with effort could one get return. Just like him, down to earth, insist on one’s dream, then nothing is impossible. Besides, Han Geng is the Tiger Balm of composition, isn’t he? (The materials on him) is even more useful than those on Qu Yuan, Li Bai, Thomas Edison and Madame Curie. Almost all topics of compositions may include his story, like dream, perseverance, freedom, choice, refusal, etc. I had been using his story as examples, haha!
My cellphone was stored with all of Han Geng’s songs. Every morning when I got up, I would play “The wings of love”, then I felt that the whole day was full of hope. Oh, yes, almost forgot this. In the flight to Beijing, I heard “The wings of love” too! I was so moved then. Dear Han Geng, I have you(your songs) with me all the way! “Because of Dream” and “Say No” are both inspirational, fitted my state of mind then very well. “Boundless as the sea and sky”(A Broader Life) sang by Han Geng, is full of emotions. Every time when I got unsatisfactory scores and almost broke down, this song would make me feel refreshed. I wrote the lyrics of the song on the title page of my notebook: “To cold-hearted people, thank you to look down on me, making me not to bow to life more excelently. To people understand me the most,thanks to be by my side silently, making me to have a good story to tell.”
During the year of my senior three, I have posted more than 1,600 weibos up until now. It’s too much to mess talkative gengfans of Senior Three! Half of the weibos are anthomaniac words on Han Sansui, the other half are words on self-inspiration. When I did not feel good, the pictures of handsome Han Geng and the words of the fellow gengfans would make me feel relaxed, happy, and refreshed.
After the exam, I was invited to share my learning experiences with the junior school fellows. They asked me, “what would you do when you feel you just couldn’t do it?” I said, “Then you must find a faith to support youself. I want to go to Beijing, as I want to see Han Geng!”
Haha, my image in their mind must have become a totally anthomaniac this time~~~But I HAD TOLD THE TRUTH! You guys must remember that Han Geng had posted a few weibos before the colleage entrance exam, and then he was called “The Prophet King of the College Entrance Examination”, right? Hehe, I had been following his weibo before the exam,so… Believe Geng Ge and you will be a Bachelor
Before the results of the exam came out, I went to YISHION shop, bought a T-shirt which is the same with the one that Han Xiaomao had worn, insisting that wearing this will bring me good luck! Hehe, My mom said to everybody she met that her daughter was mad about Han Geng, like this or that. Even when some uncles and aunts asked her about the experiences on the education of her daughter, she would tell a series of glorious events of me on Geng addiction(*^__^*).
Han Geng is really a perfect quality idol. All the girls of Geng family are good, too.
Now I have my dream come true, I could be able to get to the temple of God in my mind. There are many people I should say thanks to, including my parents, my alma mater, my teachers and my classmates.
I’d like to thank myself for my persistance all the way and not giving up, for the right choice of my idol, Han Geng,and making him become my faith and resource of power.
I’d like to thank Han Geng, thank you for such a pure and nice person as you to exist in the world. Thank you for your going through so many trials and hardships all the way, making it possible for the people who love you to learn from you and be proud of you!
I will go to the capital in September! I can often enjoy the Jiaozi of Meihua and take part in the activities with Han Geng! I can be much nearer to my idol. It feels so good！Girls of Beijing Branch(of Gengbar), please take me in and give me more concern when I go to Beijing, would you?╭(╯3╰)╮
